PHASE – 1 STAFF PROTECTIVE GEAR & SUPPLIES
1. Require employees to maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from others; wear a mask in situations where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
2. Provide gloves to employees for contact with high touch surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting and direct contact with sports equipment
3. Provide employees with up to date COVID information and training on safe usage and disposal of protective equipment such as gloves and face coverings
4. Provide employees with hand sanitizer
5. Maintain a supply of cleaning materials, disinfectant, sanitizer, gloves and face masks
FACILITY SANITIZATION GYM AREAS: Clean using the appropriate EPA approved material for the surface:
1. All courts, floors wall to wall, spectator benches, player benches will be cleaned and sanitized with a floor machine and fogger
2. All scorer tables, score board consoles and chairs
3. Door handles inside/outside
4. Vending Machine window and buttons
5. Water Fountain
6. Sports Equipment
7. All bathrooms
8. Lobby table/chairs
OFFICE AREAS: Clean using the appropriate EPA approved material for the surface:
1. Door handles inside/out
2. Gym light controls and light switches
3. Your office desk, keyboard, mouse and phone

b) Avoid touching your face, eyes or mouth
c) Practice good respiratory etiquette including coughing, sneezing into a tissue or your elbow

8) Mail and Packages should be dropped off at front entrance GENERAL PROCEDURES FOR PROGRAMS / PARTICIPANTS NESC will provide additional protocols and guidelines (for all phases) to participants and families prior to the start of the program for which they are enrolled, including:
1. Check-In Procedures and Pre-Screening Measures for Health/Wellness
2. Foot traffic entry/exit pattern for the facility with staggered start/end times to ensure physical distancing
3. Sanitation of shared equipment
4. Number of entrants allowed into facility by NH State Guidlines
5. Items participants are required to bring such as sports equipment, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, first aid
6. Responsible for disposing of bottles/trash that Programs/Participants are responsible for
7. All Non-NESC Programs are required to follow and enforce NH State Guidlines with their Participants
GENERAL STAFF
1. Must wash hands before your shift starts and more frequently
2. Documenting temperature with supplied infrared no touch thermometer
3. 1 st Person in must sanitize common door handles (Office, front door, bathrooms, closet, concessions), gym light controls, light switch in office and front lobby, the keyboard/mouse you use and phone
4. Must wear a mask outside of the office when customers are present
5. Maintain safe distance in office if not working alone. 2 staff max in office
6. Bathrooms must be cleaned/sanitized every hour when courts are in use
7. Inform customers of facility safe distance procedures for sitting/standing positions for the lobby & gym
8. Communication with customers at front office must stay shielded behind window
9. Must wear gloves for all Cash/CC transactions and dispose after contamination
10. No one is allowed in the front office other than working staff
11. Must wear gloves handling basketballs
12. No basketball rentals during phase 1
13. Gloves must be worn while cleaning & picking up trash
14. Player benches/scorer tables must be wiped down each hour
PROGRAMS, PARTICIPANTS, FACILITY
1) Small group training can begin with the NH State Guidlines
2) Inform Programs and Participants of COVID policies and procedures and screening procedures in advance including: Do not attend the facility if you feel sick. Reference www.cdc.gov for list of symptoms
3) No-contact training, shaking hands, high 5’s or huddles
4) All Coaches and Program Directors must supply first aid and sanitizers for their Participants
5) No table/chairs in lobby
6) Marked areas for sitting on player and spectator benches for safe distancing
7) All spectators are required to wear masks. Number of spectators to follow NH State Guidlines
8) Limit number of users in bathroom with safe distance lines in hallway marked on floor
9) All Programs and Participants are required to wash hands at arrival and departure
10) Inform players/customers/families of COVID policies and procedures in advance
11) Use signage to remind players/families of physical distancing at entrance and waiting areas
12) Keep sliding glass window closed at front office
13) No one other than working staff allowed in office
14) Water Fountain will be closed down
15) Will need to bring your own equipment. No basketball rentals

We are open year round and always have classes or leagues going on for all sports. We will close for weather emergencies but are open most days!
Whether its your first time playing a sport or your thirtieth there is a league for you. They will match you with your skill level to make it fun.
The management all the way down to the workers are great people. If you have questions or need anything they are always there to help out!
